I build cloud platforms
that scale and stay up.
My work sits at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, reliability engineering, and developer experience, shipping platforms that teams actually trust.
Featured Work
All experience →Lead Platform Engineer
Skyward · Remote US
Operate multi-tenant AWS EKS supporting 50+ microservices and 500+ pods with Karpenter autoscaling, Istio service mesh, and ArgoCD GitOps. Shipped 200+ Terraform resources and cut infra change time from 2 days to 30 minutes. Led on-call for a 6-person team; drove repeat-incident rate down 70%.
Platform Engineer
Viasat · Remote US
Architected AWS EKS across 20 production clusters with CIS Benchmark controls — zero audit findings over 2 years. Automated multi-account AWS landing zone across 15 workload accounts. Cut MTTR from 45 min to 12 min via SLO-driven alerting.
DevOps Engineer
Payday · Remote US
Engineered CI/CD in GitHub Actions and Terraform — release lead time from 4 days to under 2 hours. Diagnosed 100+ production incidents across application, infra, and network layers. Cut operational toil 220+ engineer-hours per quarter.

View GitHub →terraform-jenkins-eks ↗
Production-grade Terraform modules provisioning an EKS cluster with Jenkins CI/CD. Multi-env, policy-as-code checks, drift detection, autoscaling.
full_devops_project ↗
End-to-end DevOps reference: containerized app, CI/CD pipeline with test gates and image scanning, IaC-provisioned infrastructure.
cicd-node-server ↗
Node.js backend wired to a complete GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline with Trivy scanning and canary deployments.
mcp-platform-ops —
MCP server exposing scoped platform ops (deploys, log queries, runbook execution) to Claude Code with per-caller credentials and audit logging.
k8s-cluster-operator —
Custom Kubernetes operator in Go automating cluster lifecycle, backup validation, and failover with declarative GitOps.
aws-landing-zone-starter —
Opinionated Terraform landing-zone starter: Control Tower guardrails, Transit Gateway, PrivateLink, IAM boundaries, drift detection.

infrastructure that just works.
I started in DevOps while finishing my CS degree part-time at the University of Houston, and I've been building and operating cloud platforms full-time since 2018. My work has spanned high-velocity startups, satellite communications, and federal healthcare — all with the same discipline: ship daily, measure everything, write it down, be the person someone wants on-call next to them.
Today I lead platform engineering for a multi-tenant AWS EKS platform, and I'm actively looking for Senior / Staff IC roles at modern SaaS companies.
